At Loon Layers, every item is made to order just for you. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as size, color, or change of heart. Please review the size guides and product descriptions carefully before ordering.
However, we want you to love your layers! If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Email hello@loonlayers.com with your order number and an image of the defective product. We’ll review the issue and work to resolve it.
Clearance & Personalized Items
All clearance and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they’ve been processed. Please double-check your order before confirming.
